Dear Parent/ Carer,

Thank you for considering SmartED Primary Home Tuition.

By using our services not only will you be getting great tuition for your child but also saving time and money on transporting them over to a learning centre.

Remember that you can cancel a tuition session without any loss of fees however your child's tuition 'space' will be offered to another parent if 2 consecutive sessions are cancelled.

Sadly, we do not provide for split 30 minute sessions between 2 children.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

While the Tutor will make every reasonable effort to support the child’s learning and development, the Tutor makes no guarantee of specific academic results or improvements, including but not limited to test scores, grades, or school placement outcomes.

Disclaimer: Academic achievement is influenced by a range of factors including the child’s personal effort, school environment, home support, and individual ability. The Tutor cannot be held liable for any perceived underperformance or failure to achieve desired academic outcomes.

Remember that you have the one and one support of a qualified teacher at the end of the phone or email.
